Flower Refund and Return Policy

1. Claim Period:

Customers have a maximum of 12 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a claim. It is essential that you inspect the condition of the flowers upon receipt of your order and notify us of any issues as soon as possible.

2. Claim Conditions:

To assist you effectively, it is necessary to submit your claim within 4 hours of delivery if there are any quality issues. This allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate action.

3. Refunds:

Once your order is being prepared, ready for pickup, or has left our premises and been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Our flowers are of high quality, and their lifespan depends on the care they receive.

4. Flower Care:

We cannot guarantee that the flowers will maintain their optimal quality if the provided care instructions are not followed. Therefore, it is important that you follow all recommendations to ensure the freshness and longevity of your flowers.
